Your feedback is important: Symfony2 PR4
Symfony | PHP | Community | December 3, 2010
The last week Symfony2 PR4 was released. Symfony2 is the brand new reloaded version of a heavy weight PHP framework.

As it says the post on the symfony blog, this is probably the last preview release before Symfony2 goes beta, and because the hard work of the development team, this is the first preview that includes all the planned features for Symfony2. Now it is the perfect time to give it a try to Symfony2. Don't you wanna influence in the development of the brand new version of the best PHP framework around?, well if the answer is yes, then wait no more and download the sandbox and with the tutorial you are ready to start developing with this brand new version. Once done this, comment about your experience in the blog's post or maybe in some of the symfony mailing lists. Maybe you don't know, but for the development team is very important to hear about your thoughts on the framework.
Usually when I read the comments about the framework, there is a lot of people asking for features or maybe to fix bugs. For example in the symfony post about the release the second comment claims that Symfony2 should have an admin generator and then even threat about using another framework or technology. In my humble opinion this is very bad!, I don't know if this guy gives some feedback or help someway. My point is that we don't pay for this excellent framework and even if we would, being polite and always finish with a great "thanks" is the least we can offer for the really hard work the development team does. But if you wanna do something else to help then give a try to the new version and offer some feedback. Besides influencing in the development process, you'll be giving a great help to these guys that offer us in return the best PHP framework.
So keep in mind this, and never forget to be thankful. Also try to install the framework and then give your feedback. Remember that this helps us all.
Well I am a pro PHP programmer and I have used symfony from 1.0, I can not wait to test the brand new v2. But the documentation is limited and v2 is some how totally different from 1.4 which I use now. For instance I could not find to this simple question anywhere? "Does one have to add a route for every action or there may be a way to handle it like before, use routes in special cases only". I hope the docs gets better and better.
